Aid a Mom and Son Fleeing Violence

I already had a restraining order on this “man” from February 2024 to October 2024… The only reason everything got dropped last time was because the domestic violence lawyer that I was provided with raped me, and I still have court for that ongoing. This man has abused and destroyed my life since 2019. In 2019, he kidnapped and tortured me for over 6 hours in Jackson, NJ, and it was all over News 12 NJ, and on radio and TVs across multiple states. The court system here is horrible. My restraining order in 2019, Judge Duran in Ocean County Courthouse, told me my story wasn’t believable because I “couldn’t sit up straight” even though I was hunched over, shaking in a panic attack, and crying, trying not to throw up. The NJ court system has not only traumatized me but has made me so distrusting of everyone involved in it and the police too. No one seems to care or really help like they all promise and all have jobs to do that.
This “man”/Jesse called me between 100-200 times Sunday, screaming and threatening me. My girlfriend Rayn picked up my phone multiple times to defend me and tell him to leave me alone, and in return, he screamed at her that he’s going to kill me, her, her boyfriend, and anyone that we were with. He threw my 4-year-old son in his truck and was driving around, screaming all of this in front of him while also telling my son he will never see me again and that I’m never coming home and that I’m “sick” and “going to heaven.”
Fast forward to Monday, and I finally come home to my apartment that’s only in my name, and he smashes glass and acts crazy, threatening me, coming after me, acting like he’s going to physically attack me from all angles, destroying the entire home. He then proceeds to steal every single dollar to my name (all cash I had to put in the bank for our rent) and left. The police won’t help get the money back or charge him with felony grand larceny and are telling me I need to take the money theft to civil court. Although there are a bunch of other times all of this has already happened in the past, and he has admitted to police and courts in the past he’s stolen my phone and money previously as well.
I have no way to pay me and my 4-year-old son’s rent now that needs to be paid within 3 days. He took every dollar I had saved and had hidden in my jewelry box, and the police won’t even arrest him for stealing the money, threatening to kill me, or destroying my apartment and making physical threats. But I now have a new restraining order and a plan to get far, far, far away from here forever, but we need more time in this apartment before we can escape for good and get out of this state.
Please, anything helps, even if it is only $1 to keep us here until we get permission to leave this state, please.
