AGAPE is dedicated to serving the residents of Harris County Precinct 3. Its purpose is to enable Precinct 3 to work on projects by assisting residents with goods and services when they have an unmet need. We’re asking for charitable donations so that we may address these situations where precinct funds cannot be spent.
