After many years of planning and brainstorming, my dream of starting a community is becoming a reality. We are excited to announce our plans to open a dementia adult family home dedicated to bringing joy and purpose to residents of our community.

Grace Manor LLC strives to bring the highest quality care to those with dementia – providing them with the opportunity to live out their days in a supportive, loving environment where they can feel safe and know that they are valued members of our community. Our flagship home will employ my integrated care model, and creative approaches tailored just for individuals living with dementia so that our residents can age gracefully and positively.

Each of us has a story about how dementia has impacted our lives. This is mine.

My grandmother was diagnosed with Alzheimer's disease. Watching someone you love struggle is difficult, but watching them lose the memories and life stories of their past can be heartbreaking. During this time, I noticed that there was a lack of support for families in our community dealing with dementia-related illnesses.

We invite you to join us in making our mission a reality by generously donating to improve the lives of individuals living with dementia. Together, we can make a difference and continue to make strides toward a brighter future.

Basic safety modifications are needed in the house to ensure accessibility and stability. Installing ADA-accessible features and grab bars is a good start.

Additional funds will be allocated towards branding efforts and expanding the capacity of the model in the future.
