A lot of you may know, my dad,  Rick was diagnosed with lung cancer. It’s in stage 4! He has been fighting for roughly 16 months now! He has had multiple procedures due to his lungs filing with fluid. The cancer has spread even more. They have done radiation and chemo after chemo. Nothing seems to help, the cancer just continues to spread! He is basically bed bound at this point! My sister has been a huge help sitting with him at the house since he can’t be left alone. Mom and I are both missing work to either be home or take him to appointments. It has financially been a hard hit for us. I would love to say he’s going to be okay and magically make a huge turn around, but the reality is we have started the process of gathering cost for a funeral. Calling funeral homes to explain my father is dying is one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do and to hear how expensive it can be to cremate a loved one is heartbreaking. I’m here to ask for help... Please, even if it’s just $1. Every little bit helps. Even just sharing this will help. Our family would really appreciate all prayers for Rick as well!
