Acceptance Empowers - CCKE T-Shirt Fund

Carroll County Public Schools is trying to create a flag policy that will ban pride flags in CCPS buildings. As a response to this and the conversations it has brought up, Carroll County Kids For Equity is organizing a county-wide protest to demonstrate that flags representing inclusivity are not political! Our plan is to purchase t-shirts and distribute them to CCPS high school students (who have expressed interest in wanting one) to wear on May 11th in school and at the Board of Education meeting that evening.

Thank you to the Community Foundation of Carroll County for helping us launch our fundraiser early by accepting donations for our t-shirt fund to their PayPal. We greatly appreciate everyone who made a donation onto there! We will deposit all the funds raised there onto here as soon as we are able to.
