It is a progressive, neurodegenerative disease that affects nerve cells in the brain and spinal cord. It STEALS everything - your strength, voice, movement and independence, while leaving your mind painfully aware of it all.

It is a cruel, relentless, and INCURABLE disease, until the end...

This diagnosis has changed everything.

Aside from the emotional piece, there is an extreme financial burden.

The medical expenses, mobility aids, home modifications, and in-home caregiving are more than she can handle alone, and while her faith remains strong, she needs the support of her community now more than ever.

The cost of care, equipment, and in home assistance can exceed $100,000 each year.

• Medical equipment - wheelchairs, lift systems, ventilators, communication devices

• Home modifications - ramps, widened doorways, and safety installations
