A lap of love for Doireann and her friends ❤️

Hello everyone,

As many of you know, I’m always talking about the incredible experience my daughter is having in her autism class. Her amazing school - like so many others - relies on creative fundraising throughout the year to provide the vital services and opportunities that are slowly but surely changing not just my daughter’s life, but the lives of her classmates too.

To support them, a brilliant bunch of us mammies are taking on the Mini Marathon this June. I’m so proud to be part of this group and everything it stands for. School staff are also joining us, and this says all you need to know about their commitment to our children. They are the best of people.

If you’re in a position to contribute (even a small amount!) to our fundraiser it would mean the world to us. All funds raised will go directly towards supporting the three autism classes, helping us invest in more sensory equipment and expanding the support available. We are also hoping to bring even more success and inclusion into the wider school, supporting our autistic learners in the mainstream classes by opening another sensory space. Your donations will be helpful in assisting us to make that goal a reality.
