Hey y'all, most of y'all know me and know I've been staying in a motel since March. It's been too expensive for me to save up to move out into an apartment. I work full-time at the animal shelter and have my two kitties, so I'm doing what I can to save as much as I can, but rent at the motel is more than an apartment (as expected, unfortunately).

I'm planning with one of my friends to move into an apartment together before she goes to basic training, so we are shooting to move into a new spot in the next two months or before the end of the year. Everything's moving smoothly, and we found a few apartments in an affordable range for both of us. Now I just have to raise enough money for my side of the deposit and move-in costs.

I've been trying to get back on my feet and into a better environment, especially out of the motel with mold, which has been making me feel horrible lately. I'm praying soon we can raise what we can and get things headed in the right direction for me, then I can get my health issues under control and get back into veterinary school.
