Thank you for considering helping Cameron and Michelle purchase healthy take out food while they learn to care for Theo.  We're hoping to raise enough money to get through the next month or more.  Here is a message from Michelle.

Hi Everyone,

Thank you for the outpouring of support! Theo had been very sick the past two weeks, and we kept taking him to the doctor. Finally, one pediatrician thought to check his glucose and realized that he was in Diabetic Ketoacidosis (high blood sugar levels make the body start attacking fats and proteins and creating acid imbalances that when left untreated are fatal). We rushed him to the ER where an amazing group of doctors in the Pediatric ICU saved his life! We stayed in the hospital for the week and are finally back home. Cameron and I are learning to measure Theo's blood sugar, count carbs, calculate his corrections, and give insulin shots. Because we are consulting with his medical team on a daily basis and having to check these things every 2-4 hours, we greatly appreciate meal support as we try to reach an equilibrium with these activities. I am happy to report that Theo is now smiling, walking, and giggling again!
