Dear Family, Friends & Community,
We are excited to announce that our highly competitive boys 2006 Riverside City Football Club youth soccer team has earned a spot in the prestigious US Youth Soccer National gaming circuit for the 2019-2020 season.
Representing Riverside City Football Club as the club’s first participant in the National League, the boys will compete with other national qualifiers coming from some of the top youth club programs from the Midwest to the East Coast.
Our goal at Riverside City Football Club is to develop outstanding individuals who exhibit ethical and moral behavior on and off the pitch. We aim to connect players to the meaning of commitment, hard work, and integrity through a holistic approach to help them foster an environment and culture that will help them succeed in life after soccer. Our program preaches excellence through the values of family, football, and feeling.
Our B2006 team consists of many student-athletes who share a passion for the sport and have created a special brotherhood since childhood. We are fortunate to have not only fantastic players of the game, but also a group of young student-athletes that inspire to do well both on and off the field as they excel in both academics and athletics.
It is with pleasure that I am pleased to announce that I will lead the effort in helping support some of our boys who come from low income families in hopes of helping reduce costs of travel and expenses for the USYS National League. Let us all come together as we attempt to accumulate $16,000 in donations to make this a once in a lifetime dream come true for these fine young men. With matches being played in the Winter Showcase in Tampa, Florida from December 27-30, 2019 and the Players Showcase in Las Vegas from March 13-15, 2020 we are looking at over $1000 expenses per player to make this opportunity a dream come true.
Any small contribution will truly help our soccer families and make it possible for all the boys to participate in this amazing experience.
