We have a very sad update. We lost a great husband, father, brother, son and friend today. He was a pretty good singer, actor, direct and realtor too! It has been a privilege to call Joe a friend for all of these years. The time went too fast! Rest In Peace my brother, there will never be another one like you.!
Friends, Family and All - We are asking for support for our friend Joe McKernan and his family to help with medical expenses associated with a challenging medical diagnosis Joe received last week. Joe was diagnosed with an aggressive form of cancer and is facing a serious battle against this terrible disease. Joe was admitted to the hospital late last week for urgent treatment & care associated with his diagnosis.
We all know Joe is a fighter and will battle this disease every step of the way, BUT the reality is the fight against cancer is only on piece of the puzzle and day to day life still goes on for his immediate family.
The diagnosis and resulting hospitalization and treatment is a huge emotional and financial drain on any family and even more during the Holiday Season. We are trying to raise immediate funds to help alleviate the short-term financial hardships that are brought on by Joe’s fight against cancer. We want Joe and Anne to be singularly focused on their family, their children and the fight ahead.
Whether you know Joe as family, a life-long or childhood friend, business colleague, friend from the neighborhood, one of his many friends from Isaac’s, a fellow actor or don’t know him very well at all we are asking for you to make a donation that will help his family have some stability through this tough time in their lives.
