Jeremy's Medical fund

My name is Jeremy Dodd. I am a 39 year old, originally from Vincennes, Indiana. I spent 8 years as a Boatswain mate 2nd Class (Surface Warfare) from 1994-2002. Currently I live in Terrebonne, OregonWith my wife and children. My life completely changed on Sunday, July 12 2015 when I went to the Emergency Department for chest pains and within a few hours, I was having open-heart surgery. My Left Anterior Descending artery was 100% clogged. This is also called " the Widowmaker." Luckily, the great team of doctors at St. Charles Medical Center in Bend, Oregon worked hard and fast to save my life. Now I am trying to recover. The doctors say this will take about 10 weeks total time. My wife can't work because I'm unable to drive. The only money I have coming in right now is VA disability in the amount of $1275 per month. I just need a little help until I can get back on my feet. Please don't let one life-changing situation turn into another. Those of you who know me understand that I would do anything I could to help you. It hurts my pride to ask, but I have basically no other options.
