RARELY- IF EVER - do the caregivers, healers, artists and activists who NURTURE our movements get an opportunity to RESTORE their spirits.

YOU CAN CHANGE THAT TODAY!

Jamaica Drum Retreats for Womyn is offering those who stand on the frontlines of transformation an opportunity to learn, restore, and activate their PERSONAL healing. Retreats will provide 40 participants the opportunity to reconnect with the POWER OF THE DRUM as healing medicine.

Why Jamaica? My home, the birthplace of my movemement spirit, Jamaica is at the crossroads of freedom. From the healing waters of the Caribbean to the rebel spirit of the Maroon People (FREE AFRICANS); journeying to Jamaica is a portal to finding HOME within.

A space designed for activists,  leaders, caregivers, artists and all those who feed our movements we have strategically designed the retreat to be as AFFORDABLE and SUSTAINABLE as possible.

*More than 40% of retreat participants are being offered a SCHOLARSHIP to attend
*Over 15% of retreat participants will be Womyn from and currently living in Jamaica
*80% of retreat participants are WOMYN OF COLOR
*The retreat is OPEN to all those who identify as womyn or were assigned "female" at birth.
*The retreat host, Emerson Paradise Villas, is a locally owned business
*Retreat participants will be fed LOCAL, ORGANIC, FOOD from Stush in the Bush
*The retreat employs local professionals for all services - massage therapy, water aerobics, etc.

To ensure this AMAZING opportunity is possible we need YOUR HELP.
