Help Keep My Mom Home With Us

Hi, my name is Marilyn, and I’m raising money to help my mommy fight for her freedom and her future. After serving her time for a past mistakes, my mom was taken into ICE custody and is now facing deportation even though she’s paid her debt and rebuilt her life. She’s currently being held in Eloy Detention Center in Arizona, and we are fighting her case through an appeal to the Ninth Circuit Court.

This appeal is our last real chance to keep her here with her family. She’s a mother, a fighter, and someone who deserves the right to stay in the country she now calls home. But legal fees, transcripts, and filing costs are high, and we can’t do this alone.
