Help Us Fight Canine Cancer — For Manny, and Dogs Everywhere

Hi friends, we* are raising $5,000 in support of the National Canine Cancer Foundation, an organization working tirelessly to end cancer as a leading cause of death in dogs.

This cause is deeply personal to me.

Back in 2015, when my first Shih Tzu, Sophie (a shelter dog I adopted in 2013) was 8 years old and slowing down, I made a decision that would change both our lives. I adopted Manny when he was just 6 months old, hoping the joy and energy of a little brother would help Sophie stay young a little longer. It worked. Sophie lived an incredible life, all the way to 17.5 years old. Now, Manny is the one fighting for more life—he’s recently been diagnosed with lymphoma.

Far too many dogs and their families face this battle. The National Canine Cancer Foundation is working to change that through life-saving research, early detection, better treatments, and compassionate support.
