We desperately need your help raising funds to retain legal representation for Daniel. He has been sentenced to 19 years in prison due to a probation violation. We feel his name and reputation have come into play, and he is being accused of a crime he did not commit.
Daniel turned his life around over six years ago, when his youngest daughter, Keirstyn was born. Anyone who truly knows him, knows this is a fact. Daniel has a total of five children that depend on him financially, and in every other way a child depends on their father. The time he has been sentenced in prison will have a devastating effect on their lives.
His youngest daughter is having the hardest time coping with the situation. She is just too young to understand why her daddy is suddenly not able to take her for ice cream, to the movies, come to eat lunch with her at school, and to hold her when she needs him most. Keirstyn always says, "My daddy gives the best hugs!" He is her hero and her best friend, who has been suddenly ripped from her life.
Daniel is not only a father. He is a brother, an uncle, and a son who we all love and miss dearly.
