On behalf of Nelson Copland, I Jahaira Nieto have created this fundraiser to help him provide his loving wife, Angela Maria Rivera De Copland with the proper going home she deserves.
On Thursday March 11,2021 Angelita lost her two month long ICU battle due to complications of COVID. As many other families around the world COVID has claimed yet another loving, devoted Christian hard working wife, mother, sister, friend, grandmother and public servant. She leaves behind her Husband Nelson Copland , her special needs daughters Tania and Erica, and her Son Nelson.
She lived her life with a heart made for serving those who needed her. In her native country El Salvador Angela was a licensed social worker in hospitals before coming to the United States. She worked for the last 15 years of her life as a full time live-in house keeper and nanny in Yonkers, NY. She spent her time off as a servant at the Church Devine Mercy in Rahway, NJ assisting in group activities and prayer groups.
We are asking for your assistance during this difficult time to provide financial help to transport her body home to El Salvador. All contributions will go towards the preparation for transport and funeral expenses here and in El salvador to give her a proper Christian burial.
All donations will be received by her husband Nelson Copland. We would like to thank everyone who has been with us, reached out to us, and kept our family in your prayers. If you have any questions please contact me. We would like to give her husband the peace of mind during this very difficult time as he is left without his beloved wife and a financial burden.
