Help get my dad home

My whole life I have been a daddies girl.. I always in the back of my mind knew something like this would happen but could NEVER prepare myself. On Tuesday Sept 1, 2020 I spoke to my dad around 7am via text.. Around 3pm I was notified that he had be transported to the hospital in an ambulance. About 30 min later I was told he would be airlifted to Colorado for better care. I was told he had an extended aorta.. While in the helicopter it ruptured but the team at University of Colorado was able to place a stent and graft it. Saving his life... My life... My dad has always been my hero.. So to know what he was going through and not be able to be there broke me. 

GOD has blessed us every step of the way from the kind teller at Southwest Airlines who bumped my ticket earlier at no cost. To my friends family out here who lended me their car. We have been blessed.

My dad is a strong stubborn man that would never ask for medical attention... My dad would never ask for anything. So now I am his voice. We need help with travel.. so I can come back next weekend and as many chances I can until we can come home. 

I am trying to keep everyone up to speed as I know how worried everyone is and how loved my dad is. Thank you for everything! -Lacie
