It is with great sorrow and regret I share the news that our beloved Stacy passed away on Thursday, August 13th after 3 years of battling breast cancer. As we struggle with her passing and mourn the loss of one of the most beautiful lights ever to shine on this earth, it is important we celebrate and honor her life by remembering all the wonderful memories made through the many lives that she touched. Stacy had the unique ability to give even a stranger on the street her undivided attention sharing her infinite and often ethereal wisdom and advice.
This gofundme account was originally created in order to pay for medical bills and other necessities as Stacy recovered from her most recent battle with stage 4 triple negative cancer. However, due to the unfortunate event of Stacy's passing it has been expressed the focus and its goal be changed to reflect the needs now presented in raising Stacy's soon to be 3 year old daughter Addison. Stacy's only wish in life was to secure the happiness and future of little Addie.
PLEASE HELP!!! The money from this gofundme account will go to assist the payment of the mortgage, food, accrued medical expenses, college tuition etc. The list of needs are endless and the money raised here will go a long way to help the family focus on the task at hand; raising one strong and healthy young girl!
The Hansen/Douthwaite families would like to express their overwhelming gratitude to those who contribute to the future of little Addison. They also give great thanks for sharing photos and stories and offering prayers and condolences. It brings so much comfort to the family knowing how much she was loved and appreciated by so many.
