I’m raising money for Dementia UK in memory of my beautiful Nanna, who sadly passed away in 2018 after living with dementia.
Dementia is a condition that affects so many families, and having experienced its impact on someone I loved so much, I know how difficult and heartbreaking it can be. Losing my Nanna was incredibly difficult, and although she is no longer with us, I wanted to do something positive in her memory.
I’m taking on a challenge along Hadrian’s Wall, walking approximately 84 miles from Bowness-on-Solway to Wallsend over six days starting on the 21st September 2026 to raise money for Dementia UK.
I’m doing this to help support the incredible work Dementia UK does for people living with dementia and their families. Every donation, no matter how big or small, would mean so much to me and would help make a huge difference in making sure no one has to face dementia alone!
Thank you so much for taking the time to read my story and for supporting me in memory of my Nanna. ❤️
