Medical Mission Trip

This summer I am traveling to Nicaragua for a medical mission trip. I am currently a pre-dent junior at LSU hoping to graduate with a degree in biology and a minor in business.Throughout the trip I will be shadowing dentists and also helping with hands-on procedures. I will also have the opportunity to observe major operations firsthand.  I have never been on a medical mission trip before, and I am eager to learn and grow from this experience. I am thrilled to play a small role in providing proper healthcare to the unprivileged people of Nicaragua. 

This trip will last about 8 days. The money that I am raising will cover the cost of the trip, airfare, housing, and food. I will be donating any extra money I raise to the International Service Learning Organization for medical supplies.
