Help for Tanner Sutherland

On September 19,2015 Tanner had an unfortunate incident causing him to break his C5 and C6 vertebraes. Tanner is in the St.John regional hospital awaiting Spinal Cord Surgery. His bones will be replaced by someone else's and he's expected to be in the hospital for the next couple of weeks. Drs say it's a miracle he's not paralyzed.
Tanner was due to start his new job at the JD Irving mill In Doaktown on September 21st but is now unable to do so.
After surgery Tanner will be laid up for a minimum of 3 months with ZERO income. After being released he will be required to travel to St.John for appointments with the surgeon this causes a huge financial burden not including his medications and stay.
I am asking from the bottom of my heart to please help Tanner while he's in such a terrible. Everyone who knows him, knows Tanner has a heart of gold and would give the shirt off of his back.
