Hi my name is, Rayan! I’m a teacher based in Sydney, Australia. This would be my first time setting a GoFundme page. We are in desperate need of financial support for a close family friend of mine. She is a 70-year-old mother who is visiting Australia all the way from Lebanon to spend Ramadan with her family.

On Friday 15/03/24 we found out that she fainted and collapsed 3 times before going to the medical centre. When her daughter took her to the medical centre, it was then when they found out from the doctor that she needs to be rushed to hospital. The Dr was able to confirm that she was having a stroke. When they got to the hospital, the mother went in for an emergency surgery. They conducted CT scans and multiple tests. She is currently still in Liverpool hospital.

The daughter of the stroke victim is a single mother to multiple kids and is struggling immensely to pay for the hospital bills and medical expenses. All these bills are coming out of pocket, and it is taking a huge toll on her daughter. In saying this, her mother has been undergoing treatment, however, the daughter is unable to pay the large amount.
