On February 21, 2019, while vacationing in Tucson, Todd and Jen were involved in a serious motor vehicle accident.
As friends of Todd and Jen, we want to help their family be together. Ben and Austin need to return to school soon but will want to be with their parents as much as possible. We want Ben and Austin to concentrate on being there for their parents instead of worrying about the cost of their travels and lodging.
The funds will also be used to help Jen after discharge, who will need lodging, meals and other costs associated with staying in Tucson while Todd remains hospitalized.
Once both Todd and Jen are ready to come home, the funds will be used to get them back to Tacoma, together, and to support any services they may need.
We started at $5000 because if we don’t achieve that goal in 30 days, the account is closed. We can ALWAYS go over that amount.

Update: Within just a few hours, we have reached our initial goal of $5000 toward supporting Todd and Jen’s family. Unbelievable! With the long road ahead we are keeping this site open until the family no longer needs the support. Please share with others so Todd and Jen will never have to worry about any financial issues that are not covered by other means.
