Defend the KAstle

The City of Newark is actively working to down-zone the property to RS Low Density. The same as is used for a residential single family home, this zoning category will allow an occupancy of no more than 3 unrelated people. If successful it would mean the end of the KAstle. We need your help NOW to fight this effort and have 19 Amstel Avenue zoned to support an occupancy of 21 people, the legal occupancy since major renovations were completed in 2003. We are making this stand to ensure that future KA Brothers can proudly call it home and benefit from the same experiences we did for the next 72 years and beyond. All money raised will go towards the legal expenses related to this effort.
