Hi, my name is John Courtier and I am looking for assistance in paying medical bills. I was diagnosed with congestive heart failure back in November. I have no insurance, so I applied for Medicaid but was denied. I am surviving on just my social security, which barely covers my monthly bills. I was working a part-time job, but I had to take a medical leave of absence, so I have no supplemental income. I was scheduled to have a stress test and echocardiogram, which I had to cancel due to the fact that I have no insurance. So basically, I am sitting home waiting to die. I would much appreciate any help that I can get.
