Help Scarlett Soar Past Leukemia

Scarlett was diagnosed with Acute Myeloid Leukemia (AML) Myeloid Sarcoma this past April. She was immediately admitted to Arnold Palmer Hospital where she spent the next 4 months receiving three rounds of intensive chemotherapy. On August 20, she was admitted to Florida Hospital for a stem cell transplant with bone marrow donated from her little brother, Max.
This fundraiser was created to establish a healthcare fund for Scarlett’s medical care. It will pay for the costly, ongoing expenses related to her current treatment and the follow up medical care she will need for the next 10 years.
Scarlett attended Dommerich Elementary and Maitland Middle and is enrolled in the hospital/homebound school program for this 7th grade year. She is a bright, creative, beautiful girl with a clever sense of humor. Her passions include dance, art and music, and she loves to bake and spend time with her friends and family. Scarlett’s mom, Michelle, and Dad, Bo, have been by her side throughout this journey.
Scarlett has been incredibly strong both physically and mentally. She's enjoyed many craft and art projects and movies that family and friends have brought for her. Texts from friends, cards and treats, and visits from her grandparents and friends have kept her spirits up. Needless to say this has been an extremely difficult time on Scarlett, Michelle, Bo, big sister Suzanna and little brother Max. However, the entire family has shown amazing strength and grace and continued to remain focused on the positive. They are so very thankful for all of the wonderful support from their friends, family and community. ❤️
