On November 16, 2025, our sisters and children’s home was completely destroyed by a sudden fire. We are incredibly grateful that no one was home and everyone is safe—but they lost everything they owned.

Our family includes Vanessa George, Kendra/Larry Nelson, two high schoolers, one junior high student, one primary student, and a father recently diagnosed with heart disease. They’ve always worked hard to provide stability for their children, but now they are starting from nothing.

With Thanksgiving and Christmas approaching, this loss feels especially heartbreaking. All their children keep saying is, “We just want a home for Christmas.”

We are asking for support to help us cover immediate needs—clothing, food, temporary housing, school supplies, and the first steps toward rebuilding our home. Any donation, no matter the size, will make a meaningful difference. If you’re unable to give, sharing their story is also a tremendous help.
