5K a Day for Men’s Mental Health – Supporting ANDYSMANCLUB
Running 5K a Day for ANDYSMANCLUB – Because No Man Should Struggle Alone.
Hi, ironically my name is Andy and I hope to raise money for ANDYSMANCLUB.
Mental health is something that affects us all, yet too many men still suffer in silence. I know firsthand how tough life can get—how it feels to be lost, overwhelmed, and unsure where to turn. Since leaving the Army I have struggled to adapt to life outside and over the past year, I’ve faced some of the hardest challenges of my life, and I’ve seen just how important it is to have support.
That’s why I’m running 5K every day for a month to raise money for ANDYSMANCLUB, a charity that provides free mental health support groups for men across the UK. They create a safe space where men can talk openly, without fear of judgment, and remind them that they’re not alone.
I believe in what ANDYSMANCLUB stands for because I know how easy it is to bottle things up. Too many men feel like they have to handle everything alone, and that mindset can lead to devastating consequences. This challenge isn’t just about running—it’s about raising awareness, breaking the stigma, and showing that it’s okay to talk.
If you can, please donate to support this amazing charity. Every penny raised will go towards helping men find the support they need before it’s too late. If you can’t donate, a share or a conversation with a mate about mental health can make a difference too.
Let’s keep the conversation going. Let’s help more men speak up. Let’s make sure no one suffers in silence.
