DPR Concrete is raising funds to support funeral expenses for Victor Castaneda Encino's Family during this time of loss.

Victor has been a labor foreman with DPR San Diego for some time and has worked on nearly every project. Tragically, he lost his 5-Month-old Grandchild earlier this month.
