Surgery needed

Not sure where to start.... some MEN do for others and never ask for anything in return. My friend, Gary Snow is that MAN. He selflessly shows his respect and support without asking for anyone to do the same for him..
He has been there to support our President, our monument history as well as fallen LEO’s ... and now, he needs our help...
he has 2 severely herniated discs in his neck and needs surgery. He’s in pain daily, but still struggles through it to put on a brave face.. unfortanetly, his insurance has a high deductible and he had to reschedule his surgery until next month so he can try to work as much as possible to save the $4000 for his share of the deductible...
He has not asked anyone for help, but I am..
if anyone could see it to help him or maybe help with a local fund raiser; we can pitch in and help him get this surgery.
