Caden is an AMAZING little girl.  She has a huge heart and a little hand.  She was born with a congential birth defect that caused her right hand to develop atypically.  Despite being right handed, Caden has had to learn how to do everything with her left hand.  While a prosthetic hand will not help much in being able to perform two handed tasks, Caden has been clear that it will help with her confidence and self esteem.  This is something that she has wanted for a long time.  Caden would like to stand out for her talents and not stand out for having a little hand.  
Insurance will not cover the cost of the prosthetic hand: it costs $10,000.
