After a year-and-a-half long battle, Heather lost her fight with metastatic breast cancer. She leaves behind her husband and their three children, ages 14, 12, and 8.
Heather was exceptional in every way. She had an exceptional marriage. She was a loving and devoted wife who married her husband at age 25 after instantly falling in love. She was an exceptional mother who chose to stay home and raise her three children. Her son Brayden, age 14, is a star soccer striker, her daughter Nevan, age 12, is a former gymnastics state champion, and her youngest daughter, Tatum, age 8, is an aspiring dancer and a sweet, loving child who was very attached to her mother. Heather was an exceptional volunteer. She sent her children to a co-op preschool so she could participate in their learning from a young age and often volunteered at her children’s elementary school. And she was exceptional for one more reason—her life was cut short too soon by an illness that she fought tirelessly against for many years when she died tragically at age 43 from metastatic breast cancer.
After Heather was diagnosed with stage IV cancer in December of 2019, her husband chose to stay out of the workforce to care for her and their 3 children. He made sure her every need was met and that he shared her burden and her struggle as much as he could. After Covid began, Dan’s involvement in the family only grew, along with their mounting financial pressure.
On May 15th, Heather lost the battle against cancer and was taken from her family and loved ones. Please help the family she leaves behind, who have suffered a devastating loss, and who need assistance paying for Heather’s medical expenses and supplying essentials for the children. The family greatly appreciates your support in this time of need.
