Meet Bernie, a young Great Pyrenees found in our area stuck in a bear trap. Bernie also had multiple gun shot wounds, and a shattered humerus bone where a bullet hit directly. Scared and alone, he still showed a love for humans and was in as good of spirits as can be expected. Bernie has a long road ahead of him, and his leg may need to be amputated. He is also heartworm positive among other complications. We will start with this goal, but may need to adjust based on the treatment plan vets decide. Bernie was rescued by Dog Squad, a nonprofit rescue based out of Greenville SC, and he is currently in their care. Our brand AGuyandAGolden has become more than just feel good videos, we also strive to make a change and use our platform for good, one dog at a time.
