Streator River rescue Fund

My name is Jeff Rodriguez. We are starting a fund to add river rescue equipment to the Streator Fire Department. We would like to get enough to get 2 boats two boat motors and 1 Sonar Equipment. They will also need poles and other thing. We realize this might take some time. If your kid or husband goes down in the river Streator Fire Department can realistically be on the water in under 5 minutes. I say let's rescue first. Recovery if we only have to. Streator has too much waterways not to have more responsibility. The fire chief and City are on board. Let's get this done.
