My friend might be homeless soon!

Hi, My friend is getting kicked out and needs to find a place to live. He cant make a lot of money due to his health, and is currently living in a toxic environment both literally (unsafe) and figuratively (abusive).

His health situation is a combination of mental and physical, mentally he has Bipolar 1 disorder and Complex PTSD. Physically he has a terminal degenerative neurological disease that his doctors believe is most likely to be stiff person syndrome.
