Life is indeed full of unexpected twists. I've always embraced a healthy and disciplined lifestyle, so I never anticipated finding myself in this situation at the age of 52. On March 16, after experiencing dizziness, nausea, and a headache, I was rushed to the emergency room, where I received a diagnosis of a stroke. After spending 24 challenging days in the hospital and undergoing numerous tests to uncover the cause, I am finally back home. This journey has been incredibly tough, but with God’s blessings and the unwavering support of my family and friends, I am steadily overcoming these obstacles.
