Chad Givens Medical Fund

My name is Jason Williams and I am starting this campaign to aid in the recovery of our friend and co-worker Chad Givens.
As many of you may know, Chad suffered quite a few major injuries Thursday,  October 6th, while riding at the Oklahoma Motorsports Complex in Norman,  Oklahoma. Chad's injuries include a broken shoulder, broken ribs, collapsed lung and the most concerning is a brain injury that the severity has still yet to be determined.
Chad and his family most certainly have a long road to his full recovery, but I believe our generosity can make this road a little smoother.
So,  I am asking you to join me in donating so that Chad's family has a few less things to worry about in there time of need.
