In the beginning of August, Tyler's headaches had progressed to a level that made him incapable of functioning.  After many trips to the ER, and 3 surgeries later, he was diagnosed with hydrocephalus caused by a tumor.  This tumor was biopsied, and the pathology came back as Grade 4 gioblastoma.  We have consulted a neurosurgeon here in McAllen, and are planning a trip to MD Anderson next week for a second opinion before taking the next step, which is surgery, followed by chemotherapy and radiation most likely.  Anything that anyone is willing to donate would be greatly appreciated.  All funds will go towards medical costs to help us get the best possible care for Tyler.  We would like to thank everyone who has already shown tremendous support toward our family, and our baby!  God bless you all!
