Chloes Medical Fund

Our precious Chloe was life Flighted to sacred heart hospital on August 27 2016. She spent 19 days in the PICU on life support due to MRSA RHINO VIRUS, and then this eventually put her into heart failure from all the high pressures and pulmonary hypertension/ Tetrology if Fallot....
She was extubated on sep 15th and came home 2 days later on Hospice.
She requires round the clock care...
