Help the family of Don Wells

Hello. It all began with a planned quick trip from Fairbanks, Ak to the cardiologist in Phoenix ; small procedure and an overnight hospital stay. It has now been 3 nights in the ICU without an end in sight. Don is experiencing cardiogenic shock from too much fluid in his system. He is on a balloon pump to support his heart and dialysis to remove the fluids. He has been off work since April 5, 2016. Any help would be greatly appreciated as hotels, transportation and the extended time away from work for both Don and I is a difficult challenge.
