Hi friends,
Late Sunday night July 24th Dylan and his family were involved in a severe boating accident at Lake Powell . He was airlifted to Phoenix children's hospital where he has undergone numerous surgeries.
Dylan sustained several very serious injuries resulting to the loss of his leg, damage to his arm and severe nerve damage to his face. Dylan is 7 years old.
This page is being set up to provide assistance and support for our sweet Dylan; as well as his wonderful family.
Many are inquiring as to how they can best help Dylan and his family during this trying time. Getting Dylan healthy will be the family's top priority. With this focus in mind, Dylan and his family will need all of our support to sustain not only the escalating healthcare costs, but also other secondary needs.
