Orbital Fracture Surgery for Tanner, please help!!

Hi everyone! This is Tanner’s girlfriend Caitlyn. I am creating this gofundme asking for help as it seems we’ve met our match. On Sunday, June 6th, Tanner had a hypoglycemic seizure inside of a target while trying to get a snack to raise his blood sugar. He made it to the check out line but before he could check out he started seizing and took a very hard drop to the ground. Luckily, someone who was familiar with diabetes picked up his phone and called his mom. Tanner was unconscious and was brought to the hospital via ambulance. Upon arrival they had suspected that he broke his jaw and also had to stitch up his eye lid and stop the bleeding in his nose. He finally regained consciousness, however, they struggled for hours to get his blood sugar back up to normal. After going to the hospital a second time a few days later he found out he had multiple bruises on his bones of his right arm. 

Tanner is home now but has been out of work for the past week. After getting back the results of his cat scan we have been told he needs facial reconstruction surgery immediately in his right eye. His orbital plate was crushed during his fall and without surgery his eye will slip out of the socket and he could possibly lose his eyesight. 

Unfortunately, insurance is only covering so much of this surgery and payment is due on Monday prior to surgery. I don’t like asking for help but I have my hands tied… We have also been met with 2 hospital bills. Our goal is $985 for the surgery. Please share and repost. Anything helps! Edit: I am updating the goal for the two hospital visits and the 20% he has to pay for them during surgery as well!

20% to the anesthesiologist 

And has to see an ophthalmologist afterwards.
