Hello everyone. My name is Ida and I am starting this campaign on behalf of my amazing wife Michelle. For the past week, Michelle has been unable to work, without pay, because she's been so sick. After a whirlwind of doctor's appointments, blood work, ultrasounds, and a CT scan, doctors finally discovered the source of her pain and illness: a mass the size of an egg in her left abdominal region. We should find out today what the mass is and when she'll be scheduled for surgery. Regardless of what the mass is, it has to come out. Then, depending on what we're dealing with, we'll see what further treatment she may need.
We've already shelled out just over $500 for all the diagnostics, and expect to pay somewhere around $2,000 for the actual surgical procedure. Because Michelle is unable to work right now and isn't getting any kind of income, we're relying solely on my teacher's salary to pay all our usual bills, plus all of these medical expenses.
