We're your typical nerdy family, living in Houston, Texas, trying to stay afloat.
  I'm one of the sons in this picture (the tall one in the purple shirt), setting this up for my mom. My dad got laid off from his job, and my brother Chris is the only person working, but his pay is basically minimum wage, so we don't have enough money to get by until my dad gets hired somewhere.
  Which means we can't pay all of our bills, which includes, rent, day-to-day stuff like groceries and entertainment (Netflix ): ), and medical bills.
  Three of us have monthly medical bills; my dad is recovering from colon cancer and has medical supplies and prescriptions, and my brother Eddie has Crohn's disease, which is more prescriptions, and mom suffers from severe anxiety, so she has a prescription for that, and I'm sure you can imagine the kind of anxiety that this situation brings on.
  Of course, we'll be using the money to pay for our bills, which are stacking up, so we need anything you can give us as soon as possible. The funds will keep us from getting horribly desperate and doing the kind of stuff nobody wants to do, like selling our belongings. We will be so grateful. Many thanks and love.
