On Friday June 3 our dad, Herb Miller was involved in a car accident on his way to work. The accident has resulted in him fracturing his back. He had surgery where several levels of his back were fused. He currently has no use of his feet and legs. He spent a week in the trauma ICU. He is going through rehabilitation now. Where he will probably be for the next month. It's going to be a long road of recovery ahead. His life will never be the same. He was a firefighter for over 30 years. Where he selflessly gave to others and risked his life everyday. We are setting up this gofundme because people are asking how they can help us and right now this is the only thing that we are going to need assistance with until we know how he recovers. This will help with any expenses which might come up along the road towards his recovery. We already know the house is going to need some work, and we are working on getting a new bed for him. Dad has always been one to help others when in need, and it's not easy to turn around and ask for help, but anything will be greatly appreciated. Even if it's you just praying for his recovery.
