> On Monday this week (Victoria Day), Calvin Langager was out enjoying some fun quality time with his family when he was involved in a terrible biking accident. He sustained a serious back injury, and was immediately flown to Vancouver to have surgery.

> His wife Tracy is with him, while their three children Thor (Grade 4), Gunnar (Grade 2) and Una (Age 4) remain in the care of their maternal grandparents and extended family in Victoria.

> Tracy shared that it will be a few days still until doctors can determine the severity of Calvin's injuries, and what they will be dealing with long term. This is why they NEED the support of our Millstream community! No matter what the outcome, the Langager family will be faced with some challenging times (emotionally, physically, and financially) in the coming weeks and months ahead while Calvin recovers from his injury. Their children are definitely trying to cope with and process what's happened in their own way the best they can, but it's been tough as you can imagine.
They will need as much help as possible as there family home will also need to be reorganized to allow for wheelchair access.
