Cary Benson Memorial Family Support Fund

Cary James Benson (43) beloved father and husband, tragically passed away on October 6th, after a valiant battle against Non-Hodgkin Lymphoma. He is survived by his wife, Ashley Benson, and their five children, Elizabeth, Mackenzie, Matthew, Janet, and James, ages 3-15 years old. The family is in desperate need of support. After Cary’s terminal diagnosis a little over a year ago, he was laid off from his job because of his cancer and the family lost their housing. In a desperate situation, they were taken in by a family friend. Ashley, and all five of her children are living in a small bedroom in a friend’s house, trying to figure out how to move forward and get a place of their own. Ashley is now a single mom struggling to raise her children while working at Subway without her devoted husband, Cary, at her side. I am a long time family friend of Cary.
