Hairchopping Aid for Fort McMurray

As everyone knows, there has been unspeakable tragedy in Fort McMurray Alberta, with some 80,000 people being evacuated. Countless homes and businesses have been destroyed, leaving many families with nothing.

It has been 15 years since I have began growing my hair out and apart from a few trims, this is where it is now. I have decided I will accept pledges and cut my hair off and donate all proceeds to the Alberta Red Cross in the name of the Whisker Rescue Society of Alberta, a great charity in their own rights. These donations will be matched by the Federal government of Canada and the funds will go to help support these poor families.

The hair will be donated to cancer charity on top of this.

Please be generous and help these unfortunate souls in their time of greatest need. I would request a minimum of $20 but any donation will be welcomed with gratitude and love. We will be having a BBQ and hair cuttign event at our place on sunday the 15th at 3pm. Please come on down and enjoy!
