COMMUNITY CHALLENGE Chicago's communities of color are at the highest risk for COVID-19 all while severely lacking the resources and the means to avoid exposure. OUR SOLUTION Healthy Hood and partners will launch a a community-based volunteer taskforce that will provide in-need community members with PPE materials, essential groceries and accurate public health recommendations through zero-contact home deliveries. OBJECTIVE Provide resource-starved Chicago communities with lifesaving PPE and necessities without risking exposure to acquire needed resouces. GOAL Lower the rate of infection and death from COVID-19 in our most vulnerable Chicago communities
